  
# 2971 - Hunt wardrobe / Corner Cabinet with secret compartment, North German orign c. ca. 1880.
Made out of pine ( the skeleton) and solid oak wood. The lower part from the glassed door with
carved panel decorated with oak leaves and acorns . The sides with niches to the upper part and to the
center carved hound head on one side and a fox head to the another, both of them in good artistic quality.
Condition: some details restored, ready to be used, as shown.

# 2954- Antique Gun Cabinet / shotgun Hunting Cabinet, German c. ca. 1870.
Great Victorian gun cabinet in nearly mint condition as found with no restorations. Comes in
walnut veneer over oak in original grown and honey like shining patina. Hardware mostly in
brass and also original no worms and no bending.
The Cabinet is manufactured in two pieces which can be disabled for transport (upper and lower section
) further, at the top of lower section there is still visible a transportation tag which states that the
cabinet was moved from Hannover to somewhere else by the Imperial German Railway Company. The
upper cabinet coronation with wood carved dog head this in best condition and great quality. Inside
with its Rifle rack for five guns.
Provenance: Comes out of a Hunters / Forester estate near Hannover in North Germany, area where
due to the stylistic details it was most likely manufactured also
